We did this house for a guy who wants to retire down here but right now he is using it as a second house. This was a fun house to build. He runs a lumber company and definitely had some exact specifications like the 2x4s as the decking boards and that center piling in the living room. He had me round it out and rough it up with a chainsaw which came out really cool. The kitchen was all custom cabinets with a granite counter top.
