Now we all know this story, it burned down. We were hired to renovate and it was a MAJOR remodel. The entire kitchen and portion of the dining room was burned and smoke damaged. We knocked out a couple of walls in the kitchen to make the kitchen more open and to use all the space they had. We took half the roof off and replaced it. We upgraded the fire suppression systems along with the HVAC. We upgraded the bar area for more lighting and tiled the back wall. Not to forget, we sealed every piece of existing frame/wood in the whole building to ensure no smell of smoke.
