South Nags Head Oceanfront New Home

We do a lot for this guy still. He owns around 3 or 4 houses in the same area that we also manage. This was a cool house to build. We didn’t have much lot coverage to deal with but we made it work tall and skinny. All hard wood floors inside with a great view of the ocean.
